Google Never Seems to Stop, 79 of 100 Days…
I usually create the errors in my projects. But this time it really is on Google.

I started preparing my project for Firebase integration. I created the Firebase project, downloaded and moved the configuration file, and added the Firebase SDK and Realtime Database SDK to the project.
The final step was to sync the project. That’s when it all started (click below).
First I got an error about the Manifest Merger failing. Per Android Studio’s suggestion, I added a line in the Android Manifest to fix the issue. However, after adding it, I ran into a new merging error. Apparently, the suggested line didn’t include all the values needed to fix the problem (click below).
I wasn’t sure if these suggested fixes would work, but it was worth a shot. It looks like this fix is going to require additional research before I can move forward with setting up Firebase for this app.
