It’s a great time to be alive
Today I wanted to add a background image to an Android Activity. So, I searched it on Google. Life is good.
Information is so accessible now! No longer do we programmers have to head to our local libarary and hunt down books
to learn how to express ourselves digitally. Well, we still can…but we don’t have to!
I found a bunch of posts on StackOverflow and a few YouTube videos detailing where to place the background image, and attribute name needed in the xml layout file.
Within minutes, I came up with an app interface idea, found the tools, and made it. It truly is a great time to be alive.
