Let the Ideas Flow!
When one keeps their opinions bottled up, they blend together and when the time comes for one to express an opinion freely, they have a hard time finding the right tools to do so.
I used to be nervous about talking to people that I felt could influence a change in my life. Bosses, teachers, women, you name it. I didn’t want to say the wrong thing and end up in trouble or forced to confront someone or something.
I kept my ideas to myself and would go over them constantly in my head while holding my silence. As I got older and entered new jobs and relationships, I realized this habit was preventing me from growing as a person. I was so concerned with how others might perceive me, I started trying to control my image by coming up with fitting words to better fit in or get along with others.
Meanwhile, my brain was stirring a boiling cauldron of black opinion soup
I decided to be more vocal about my ideas and today I can proudly share my idea about sharing ideas with you! Every idea you come up with is important. Some might not be well received, and some require a specific setting to be expressed appropriately.
It is important that you remember each one of these colorful little guys is a creation made by you and you should wear them like a colored suit of armor as you do battle by problem-solving and having debates with would-be know-it-alls.
